Witches Brew: Caramel Apple Cider

- 4 cups of apple cider
- 2 tbsp of salted caramel sauce + more for serving
- Whipped cream
- A pinch of cinnamon

- Let me start off by saying, I like to make things easier, not harder. So I bought my salted caramel sauce. If you want a great salted caramel sauce recipe, check out Bobby Flay’s version.
- Heat 4 cups of apple cider in a saucepan over medium heat. Do not allow the mixture to boil.
- Add in 2 tbsp of salted caramel sauce. Stir to combine.
- After about 5 minutes, check that your cider is to a desired temperature.
- Pour mixture into mugs.
- Top with whipped cream, cinnamon, and more salted caramel sauce.
Notes
This drink is sweet, salty, and oh so heavenly. You can make this for a big batch by combining the ingredients into a slow cooker on low. If you want to make this adult-friendly, try adding a shot of caramel vodka.
