Ingredients
Scale
5– 6 crushed graham crackers
1 tbsp of vanilla extract or vanilla simple syrup
2 shots of espresso or ½ cup of coffee of choice
½ cup of milk of choice
Chocolate syrup
4 large marshmallows
1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Crush your graham cracker to resemble fine cookie crumbs. Add the crumbs to a plate.
Take your coffee mug and roll the rim in water or simple syrup.
Coat your mug in the graham cracker crumbles.
Brew your coffee or espresso shots and place into your cookie coated mug.
In a separate mug, add your milk and vanilla or vanilla simple syrup. Use a heated milk frother or microwave to heat your milk mixture. You’ll want to make sure this gets nice and frothy.
Pour your milk mixture into your cookie coated mug.
Add marshmallows to the topping along with chocolate sauce.
Carefully, use a kitchen torch to torch the marshmallows for that famous toasted effect.
Top with sea salt and enjoy.
Notes
Always be careful when handling fire and kitchen torches. Make sure you have a fire extinguisher near by.
